I have installed/uninstalled autoCAD r13 about 4 times, and am getting a couple errors each time on a machine with windows xp pro.
1. Only someone with administrator rights can use this program without any errors?
2. If a regular user was to use the program, they will get an error that can't update the system registry. Please use regedit.
3. Is there any way that 1 person could use autoCAD to lock the files on a specific drive on a network so anyone new cannot access them? I have checked all of my settings on the server to verify that each user was set up correctly, and they are. As administrator, I am unable to remove the readonly on the autocad files.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
