Well when you first install windows you can choose to not install it. I browsed the control panel there really isnt any option too shut it off. I dont think you can but im not sure wait fr my opinion to be backed up.
is this a dream



We should all respect Dani, shes the admin and she does a damn good job!. Not to forget the rest of the mod's =)

just in case you mean the Debugger in Internet explorer ,you can do that by going to IE/Tools /internet options /advanced /4th a 5th lines down in the Browsing section.

i think it is the debugger that comes with visual studio.

windows debugger from what i know comes built in to windows 2000. It does for me at least.
