The left menu is totally trashed in FF.
This site is way too busy for my taste-too much text. too many choices. I try to avoid vertical scrolling on a home page.
Put this text at the top, and make the index page simpler: (IMHO)

All your text shows as links. This tag needs to be changed: <a class.

I thought this site was great. I've been to many costume sights before and this is by far one of the easiest to navigate and the most user friendly. Although it is fairly busy I'm not sure a better way to go about making it less busy. The sight operates quickly and that's a plus. I would however on the left scroll bar make the titles a different color or different font from the subtitles...

Like Adult Costumes, Child Costumes, ect should stand out from the other groups.

I like the sight and could definitley see using this as a place to order halloween costumes.

I am agreed with hughv on the website issues. This is more like a website designed at home and need some professional touch to make it look good to make customers purchase as well because it's no use of having a website that is not attractive and can't attract a user to make a purchase.

Your website is ok. Its clean and well organized. But it lacks a little amount of design like a custom header and also., the yellow oval boxes at the center of the page is overpowering... just tone it down a little bit or use something else. As for the usability of the site., its fast and loads well. Overall.., its a nice site but you need to exert more effort in order to make it better.
