Functionality of the tool

To take the screen shots and save it in a file with description of the screen shot which is entered by the user.

Problem

Now the text box is accepting only the normal text.This text box should be replaced by rich text box(i.e it should allow us to paste tables copied from other documents).Please look in to this.(the tool was already published)

And the problem is??? And where should I look at???
