Shuting down

try to disable first your anti-virus then shutdown u'r pc, check if there's any difference..or u might have a lot of software installed that makes u'r pc to shutdown very slow..or try this one, go to command prompt then manually shutdown u'r pc by this method:
type shutdown -s -f then press enter..
(Make sure you save all your files before doing this..)
