Trojan Virus Clean Up

Hi guys,
I got hit by a couple of nasties a few days ago. A buddy of mine helped me clean out the infected files using AVG but when I ran Malwarebytes, the software detected a whole lot of other stuff which I promptly deleted. Here's the Malware log:

I did all as instructed except that search did not find ALCXMNTR.EXE
It did find two ALCXMNTR files and am not sure if I should delete both. One looks like the Application and the other is the driver (?)
