I have been made an offer for Domain Names that I own and kind use - <URL snipped>What is the best way to proceed?

My concern is how best to ensure that both parties feel comfortable with the payment of money and the transfer of the Domain Name. I don't want to have to pay a comission but I want safe transaction.
