Ran a scan and now I have an error message

The error message is in relation to wualcts.exe
I did research and the following exe is considered. Spyware
My question is how do I go into the registry and delete this annoyting messge?

and search for: wualcts.exe

I believe you will find them in these locations (but it depends somewhat on your OS):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, Microsoft, Run and RunServices;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, Microsoft, Run and RunOnce
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Software, Microsoft, Run and RunServices;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, Microsoft, Run and RunOnce
