Close Window by title

Hello to everyone,
I have a problem and tought maybe is someone here to help me.
I am remotely connected on Citrix and I want to kill a task, or close a window by that window title. The taskkill /fi "windowTitle eq ...." command doesn't work because I am remotely connected.
Can you give me any suggestion please?
