I just received my new Dell Studio 1737 laptop. When I first turned it on, the sound worked. I shut it down and the sound hasn't work since then. I'm not sure whether I should have put this here or in the hardware issues forum.
This laptop is brand new. Very little has been done with it. I've checked all the settings and volume settings and nothing is working. Can anyone helped?
Thanks!

If it's that new, it should be Dell's problem.
