Hi team;
I hope you all in good health enjoying the new year 2009 so far.
I'm trying to solve my clients problem by which their mails cannot be delivered to other recipient, error msg being "Recipient <<....>> does not exist. Message directed to the domains catchall".
When I send a mail using hotmail or yahoo to the same address, its being delivered successfully. Can anyone please tell me the reason why we are getting this error msg when the address really exists and what shoul i do to solve this problem? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi;
I managed to get the solution for this, thanks though.
It was due to grey listing, smarter mail was not accepting the sender address but now its OK.
Thanks for your reply, freshfitz. I appreciate it.
Have a good day.
