I am looking to see if anbody here might be able to help me with a computer programme which I need to make. The concept behind the programme is fairly simple and I am interested in finding a skilled programmer to discuss things with and get quotes. I live in the UK and would ideally need to discuss things face to face. So, if anyone can point me in the right direction then I'd be very grateful.
