Urgent help needed frontech tv tuner card jil-0606

Hi Friends,
I have bought a new Frontech TV Tuner Card. I have installed it properly and successfully.
The drivers are also installed successfully. But while installing the software i am facing some problems. The software installion of WinDVR quits in the middle saying that "Cannot get Device". But the device is perfectly installed which i confirmed from the device Manager. The device manager shows that the hardware is connected and working fine.
EVERY TIME I TURN ON COMPUTER AN ALER MESSAGE "CANNOT GET THE DEVICE" IS DISPLAYED. ONE MORE SERIOUS PROBLEM IS REMOTE IS NOT WORKING AT ALL .
Please give me suggestions regarding this.
