Malware issue removed then comes back

  #1
Jan 14th, 2009
I have used a number of tools to clean my PC but each time the problem returns.

In order to install MalwareBytes I had to rename the install file and rename the .exe file. Otherwise neither would start.

Thank you for your assistance!

I cannot get to computer to start in normal mode. I can only get to a desktop in safe mode. Is there anything that I can do in Safe Mode (scan or preliminary clean) to get it to start in normal mode?

Malwarebytes is out-of-date. Are you able to update it then run it?

Post the log if yes.
