Just a simple question: If i remove a virus with Malwarebyte's AntiMalware, what are the chances of making the system BSOD on boot?

erm... i'm pretty sure it is, considering it is called ANTI-MALWARE, and their slogan is Destroying Malware one byte at a time.

erm, no it's not an anti-virus program. It's more a beefed up version of tools like Adaware, Spybot S&D and the like.

Attitude?
He's just explaining that an Anti-Malware app is not an Anti-Virus app.
Malware is often called "Spyware" and Anti-Spyware apps don't usually deal with Viruses.
Malwarebytes is pretty solid, so it's unlikely it caused your BSOD.
