mother-in-law has prob on computer.ran
Ran M$ spyware removal software and removed some
Ran SBS&D and removed stuff
Ran AD AW and removed stuff.
Did an AGV AV Full scan and now clean of all above with deep scan done

When going to M$ update site it comes up blank. Also Hotmail. I have installed HJT and i have inserted the log for the following

run winsock fix in my sig, if the link is bad, search for winsockfix in google and download it. It only takes a 20 seconds to run and a restart

when starting windows restore i get a blank page. same with windows update and hotmail. any other suggestions?

Try fixing this with hijackthis;

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = 127.0.0.1

if that does not work try disabling zone alarm and try again.
