RAM Very Low..?

I m using my office`s old computer which got the details below..! Can anyone suggest me if i gonna upgrade the memory which one is best or applicable..! Cuz i got a memory problem..while using my autocad..n it auto shut down so many times...!! Thanks for your advices..!!

OS - Window XP
Processor - Intel (R) 4 CPU 2.66 GHz
Memory - 1016 MB RAM

Please help ..cuz i m poor in this kind of field...Thanks..!!

Your motherboard determines how much RAM you can have. CPUz is a good way to find out what mobo u have, download it here (top left hand corner). You can then go to the manufacturer's website for the specs. Let us know how you get on.
