Hi, i have this error with my internet explorer, when ever i open it, it will always be "No page to display". After repeated installations, trying regsvr32 for some .dll files in the "run" program in the start menu (here, Shell32.dll proved to be corrupted as it did not load successfully, but i do not know how to change/restore it), and trying http://216.239.57.99 in the address box in my IE, nothing works. Even better, i cannot start up my dos at all as an eror window will pop up saying for example if i type command in the run program, : Windows is unable to find command.pif and i cant find it anywhere in my computer. Can some one please help me on my msdos and IE problem?

System: Windows 98se.

Try running winsockfix in my sig, see if that helps at all. (only takes 2 mintues and a restart)
