List of win command prompts according to topic

Anyone know a website which has printable downloadable listing of windows command prompts which are grouped (not in alphabetical order) but by topics eg network commands, file commands, hardware commands etc. I can find numerous links which has them in aphabetical order but I want them grouped in topic area. Thanks.

does not matter which topic is first. Just so it is easy to find commands. Eg networking commands, file commands etc. For me it makes it easier to find the command I want if it is grouped, especially if there is command that I cannot remember the name of.
