Please do not contact me by email or PM for help. We're all volunteers here, and only have so much free time to dedicate to our efforts.
However, if I've been working on a thread with you already, and seem to have "forgotten" your thread, please do send me a message. I try not to let things slip through the cracks, but it does happen sometimes.

I type ftp://ftp.mysite.com in the address bar. When the computer loades the site the windows logon window opens. I type in username support@mysite.com and a password. One of the computers logs me in as user support@mysite.com the other logs in as user anonymous.
The only thing I can think of at the moment that might help is to go to Internet Options control panel->Security->Internet Zone->Custom Level->User Authentication and see if the logon preference is set the same on both machines.
