I checked over the net for other threads before posting this here. To make sure that I couldn't resolve the problem with a little research myself.
My current problem is that I am locked out of my desktop and unable to change it in anyway. Recently had a virus that Windows Live One care removed from the computer, which had also had me locked out of my task manager as well.
I ran Hijack this and here is the log:

Hope you can help me out, I am still locked out of my active desktop even after Malwarebytes.
Thanks again
Can you please do the following.
===============
Scan with HijackThis and then place a check next to all the following, if present:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =

Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE or HERE
Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.
Run Combofix ONCE only!!

- You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
- Physically disconnect from the internet.
- Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
- Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
- When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
- Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..
Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

Run Combofix ONCE only!!
Go into Task Manager and stop it running from there. Check in services and stop it there too, if found.

Hey, sorry about the hold up, I had to travel out of town for business for a couple days so I was away from the computer.
To get Windows Live one care to completely disable I had to uninstall it then ran Combofix as requested.
Here is the log for Combofix:

Logs are clean now. Combofix took a few out.
I noticed Smitfraudfix in the log. Why did you run that? If it is run on an uninfected pc, it can cause the problem you are having.
