HTACCESS SEF Url's for Joomla and Wordpress at the same time

Hi,

I am new here so I hope this post is in the right category.

On my website I work with Joomla as with Wordpress.

My HTACCESS is instructed to writer SEF Url's for Joomla. If I also try to activate it in Wordpress Joomla doesn't work anymore...

So, can anyone help me with a HTACCESS which works as well for Joomla as Wordpress at the same time?
