Fedora ssh, information held?

Where are the system-wide configuration files for ssh held? And what information is held in the directory .ssh for an individual user?

/etc/ssh should be where the system config is held, and .ssh can contain a lot of things including a copy of anything that can be placed in /etc/ssh, but with local user overrides.
