Looking for Programmer/Co-Founder in Chicago Area to help with Billion Dollar Web App

I'm currently in the process of designing what I truly believe is the Next BIG Web Application that has realistic potential to surpass YouTube, Facebook, and even Google in popularity. This web utility will forever change the World Wide Web. The brand name I have in mind to market this application is even better than YouTube. I currently can't discuss the details of this web application any further due to it's sheer uniqueness and unlimited potential, but am willing to disclose the details to my potential co-founder/s. I'm currently looking to partner up with any programmer/s from the Chicago Area with good knowledge of web development and understanding of PHP, Java, AJAX, MySQL, etc. I'm willing to split the shares of the eventual company evenly and fairly. I'm a person with values of honesty, kindness, integrity, and fairness. I truly believe this is the future and the "Next BIG Thing."
