Windows Server 2008 Resetting IIS

I have a dedicated server hosted with Server Intellect. Right now we are only hosting around 20 or so websites on the machine. We want to be able to schedule an IIS restart every night after our backups have been completed? Or at least once a week. Anyone have an good ideas? Thanks
