Hello.

I have installed Norton FireWall on antoher Compaq computer (norton firewall came with the computer). It all seemed to install well, and when I restarted the computer, we hit problems.

The computer boots, and loads the desktop image, and then stops. IE. It doesnt load the desktop, just the images behind it.

The PC is a Compaq, Cleleron processer running Win XP Home. We are pretty sure the firewall is the problem as that is all that was changed.

Any help would be nice.

Jason.

You should talk to the Symantec Support Hotline. They are the ones that make a lot of cash with this garbage.
