Microsoft USB mouse not working

Hi frnds, i have microsoft USB mouse and Ps2 keyboard, during system startup the usb mouse doesnt work, i have to disconnect and plug it again then only it works, mouse is usb optical, i bought another mouse which is also usb and miscrosoft. It too doesnt work at startup, could anybody help me in this regard, thanks in adv...

BIOS setting for usb [legacy] devices may need to be set to enable
