ROBLOX is looking for a talented Senior .NET Engineer to lead the development of significant portions of our website and backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
• Build out our social networking, game discovery, and virtual marketplace features
• Lead multiple website scalability projects (we have a rapidly growing user base)
• Contribute to website design, from evolution to revolution
• Increase ease of use for the average player
• Annihilate bugs and glitches
• Initiate projects/ features
• Other duties as required (we are a startup after all)

Requirements:
• BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years experience with .NET
• Experience with MSSQL/MySQL, Web Services, and IIS
• Experience in a production environment supporting a live .NET site
• Passion for games, toys, and/or consumer products
• A proven history of achievement – creative, intellectual, academic, and/or professional
• Ability to take ownership of all assignments and initiate new projects
• Demo examples of your past work a plus
