I have a Canon bjc-1010 that I bought when I had Windows 98. I now have XP and know that it is not compatible. I have downloaded an updated driver through Canon, but still cannot print. Is there something I should have done other than downloading the driver?

There are many things besides the driver that can cause printing problems...
Can you give us some more details please? Like specifically what happens when you try to print; is this a totally new computer or did you just upgrade the OS from 98 to XP; parallel or USB, etc.
