missing help files in all programs

No idea why but for the last few weeks I have been using my laptop with no problems exception of I have no access to the help files for any of my programs, all I receive is a message saying missing helps files.

Any help would be appreciated!

What apps are giving the error? Does the standard Windows Help & Support work?
