I'm a career changer with a Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field. I'm doing an A.S in computer science, and a Masters in MIS right now. Things are going good, I've got classroom experience with Java, C++, html, css, javascript, JSP, php, SQL, taking asp.net. etc.... Just about done with the Associates in CS. but im still crawling trying to walk. Very eager to get some real world experience and learn how everything really works outside of the classroom.
But since I am not doing a Bachelor's Im not eligible for most internships. So that leaves entry level jobs, which the young bucks with fresh CS Bachelors degrees are a shoe in for. I'm not getting calls back on my resume.
Any advice for getting this thing going?

You can also try working as a freelance programmer.
