I'm taking bids for the following application:

I need a GUI, server-side in PHP or desktop for Windows Vista that will allow me to pull coupons from REST web services: CJ.com and LinkShare. I'll be compiling the results into a data feed.

Desired features:

• Enter and store web services keys - to be attached to REST request.
• Batch upload and single entry of merchants and merchant ID's - ability to choose network, then merchant from pull-down menus. Merchant ID to be attached to URI.
• Enter other parameters to be attached to request URI.
• Store results of each batch until all results have been retrieved.
• Results to be downloaded in XML or CSV file
• Clear cache for next day's retrieval.
