Hi i've created an animation for a game where a set of blocks moves from left to right across the screen automatically through the use of a timer. However when i set the interval of the timer below 150 the image starts to flicker as it's moving. I've read that i can stop this by double buffering my image however I know absolutely nothing about what this means nor how to achieve so could someone please show me an example code snippet for this. oh and please try and use simple words lol.
