Hijackthis logscan help

If anyone could please help me figure out what to delete in my hijackthis log. I would really appreciate it.

You have hijackthis in a temporary folder, please move it to a permanent folder of it's own, like c:\HJT\hijackthis.exe, so that it (and it's backups) don't get accidently deleted.

After you've moved it, scan again, save the log, copy it, and paste it here (not as an attachment, please).
