First i would like to say that.. remove all the banner from the home page and make it a decent looking website.

There is a proverb-" First impression is the last impression"

Try to categories and and show them in proper order..
Website layout plays a huge role...

now use the common and essential technique like SEO,forums posting etc to gather traffic and t promote it..

Its good but should be much organized n keep some spacing between each banner otherwise it looks very congested.If possible organize the banners according to their category so that it is easy for the users.

Why don't you rotate banners so that you give an equal share of attention to all your banners?

I had another quick look this morning and many of the banners aren't displaying. Also the grammar is still horrific.
