ACROBAT 9 PRO EXTENDED closes after 5 seconds

When I try to run ACROBAT 9 PRO EXTENDED in 64-bit Windows 7, all features seem to work, but then it just closes itself after 5 seconds or so. If anyone knows of a solution please post.

Try uninstalling/ re-installing.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I tried that 3 times, and it does not resolve the problem.
Any other thoughts?

Does acrobat have any form of customer support? maybe you could try that.
