MIDlet Signing

Hello all,
I have a few questions in MIDlet securities (for j2me).
1. Are there any ways/codes to automatically press the Ok during the asking of permission from the unsigned MIDlet without any signing made?
2. For example, I bought a certificate from verisign, can I use this to sign a MIDlet that can be used by multiple users of the app? e.g. One certficate for one MIDlet used by multiple devices.
3. Finally, after buying the certificate from the CA, and have already used it to sign my app, and I have decided to change some codes in my MIDlet, will this change the validity of the certificate and can't use it anymore to sign my MIDlet again?

I will recommend to ask these questions on some mobile community as our Java section is more general. Try Nokia,Sony Ericsson or maybe Sun mobile forum section.
