Help Excel formula

hi, anyone can help me on this?
I need to fill the column that was color with this formular
*(a-b)/a
The a will be the 1st value for each row.

It seems this is an Excel database. Being moved to the Geek's lounge since we currently don't have a forum for this.

ok that made no sence, and there are no coloured cells on the document?
