When I changed to Roadrunner I started getting a popup every time I went to a different page using Explorer.

Of course, Roadrunner claims that I got some spyware or something but I have a network with three computers and they all started having this problem at the same time, so their explanation is a smokescreen!

I suppose I need a popup blocker of some kind but in today's environment, I'm afraid of any kind of download like this. Can someone recommend a reputable popup blocker (I use norton's corporate edition anti-virus). It's really a big pain to have to close a popup every time I go to a new screen and/or have all those open windows when I get finished with a search...

Thanks. I just fixed a virus on another forum so I got familiar with HJT and now that I ran the log on this computer I see some of the same problems in the log - don't know what to do about it, of course, but they are there - maybe we can fix it all at the same time.

btw, I'm not having any noticable problems on this computer but it [I]is on the same network with the computer that had the virus.

But I sure hope you can help with those popups - my hand is cramped up from closing all those extra windows...

As I;m going through this is bad so please remove it by starting your PC up it safe mode and then delete satmat.

I added it even though my other computer has it and it doesn't stop everything.

I can't see that it's done much good. I'm getting a couple of popups every time I change pages. It makes the web experience a real bummer.

I've thought about changing browsers but after using IE for years, I'm used to it. There must be something I can do about this!
