I can't figure out how to write a program that can play multiple sounds at the same time. I tried doing some pretty complex things with the Beep function but I finally gave up. Is there any function or something to that extent out there that will let me play multiple sounds?

If you're referring to Win32.

Direct Sound
Windows Multimedia

both do it for PCM waves.
