I am old (75) with no ambition anymore.

I always intended to learn enough of the languages necessary to develop the site, but I think it is too late for me now.
Now other areas of the internet are more interesting for me.

I also am interested in relocating from where I have lived, in the center of the dry Canadian Prairie for 25 years, to some waterfront location, in NorthWestern Washington or Oregon.
I prefer Oceanfront, but almost any homesite on a large dugout, creek, stream, river, or lake, might do for me.
