Nasty loading time on each link click. Perhaps you should use ajax to update the data in a div field instead of reloading the whole page.
I've sent my security bot on the website and there are zero php security flaws according to the bot.

from the top
Meta tags are improperly formatted, inaccessible to bots
get the styles out of the page, out of the header, and into a stylesheet where they will only be accessed once for the entire site
remove pixel sizes for fonts, and all elements except images and animations, w3c standards specify relative font and element sizes, 12px on a 2000pixel screen is invisible
0px is not a valid dimension
get the javascripts out of the page and into an external script file where they will only be accessed once
lose the flash animation, flash is blocked on most corporate nets, your potential customer base is restricted.
or if you must use flash, make the HEAD remain, not flicker in and out
Lose the sound
Tables are not used for layout, a 'web development' company that uses tables for its own web site will be ignored, or worse, you don't want negative reports passed around, negativity is more prevalent.
css2 is the minimum to be taken seriously as a "professional"

You have a lot of work to do to bring the site to where it is of value to you or to anyone else. At the moment any potential customer would be put off by, slow speed, blank spaces where flash isnt, or if they are permitting flash, by the flickering head.
read the W3C guidelines and validate the web site (it currently fails)
