Run HiJackThis again and place check marks next to the following entries;
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://yooray.blogspot.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://coupons.smartsource.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: www.smartsource.com
O16 - DPF: {549F957E-2F89-11D6-8CFE-00C04F52B225} (CMV5 Class) - http://coupons.smartsource.com/download/cscmv5X.cab
O16 - DPF: {A7EA8AD2-287F-11D3-B120-006008C39542} (CBSTIEPrint Class) - http://offers.e-centives.com/cif/dow...in/actxcab.cab
Once you have placed the check marks then click the Fix Checked button.
Exit HJT and Reboot the computer. Try your mail and see what happens.

I followed your directions for removal of those items in Hijack This. Everything seems back to normal with my AOL email. Thank you so very much for your help. I appreciate it very much.

the same thing happened to me tuesday.
its as though its trying to execute an aol search command, but always fails and then starts over
