Need Help

Not exactly a helpful reply, why bother??
What you need to do is to boot your pc into safe mode. To do this, press F8 before windows begins to load and select safe mode from the menu. Allow it to boot fully (it can take a few mins) then shut it down and boot into normal mode.
Let me know if that helps or not as there are a few other things to try.
