Ok my computer is pretty much dying. My mouse keeps skipping up to the top left corner of my screen and double clicking. I took an icon out of the top left corner to solve this problem but it still clicks when i open folders and stuff and then it skips to the file,edit,view,favorites tool bar thing. Next i was trying to go into regedit(registry editor) and it gave me an error saying "registry editing has been disabled by your administrator" and the weird thing is i am the computer administrator and i have never disabled anything like that. My computer is very slow now, a lot of programs have to end now because they do not respond. I tried downloading norton antivirus 2005 and using a working keygen and i know thats bad but it really would work if it would install correctly. Norton wont start because it always is missing a file and it wont work. Windows media player also has an error, i cant open it because it says internal error whrn i try to. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND IM VERY CONFUSED...PLEASE HELP ME

p.s. i will probly run a hijackthis scan and post the log file in the hijack this log section of the forums. so view that if u need to.

well your mouse moving on its own is probably telling me that your mouse is dirty...a good cleaning should do. Sounds like you should install adaware and spysweeper and such and run them...if these dont do anything for your errors, maybe you better be off to repair windows before you try a complete reinstall
