Computer Help website
Hello,
My newest project is a computer help and tips website at http://www.computertooslow.com. I would be interested if anyone had any advice on other tools, content, etc that you would expect to find there. I think I have a lot of good stuff their already, but I am interested in what else would be helpful. Also, feel free to post any other advice you may have.
Thanks in advance!

I think it would be a nice to feature to add the ability to ask follow up questions after you view a response, or maybe an extra form element that asks "Was this helpful?"
From an aesthetic standpoint, I found the light color of the text over the white background to be a little difficult to read, especially when it is italicized.
That's all I've got. Hope it helps.

Probably remove the registry cleaners, and recommendation to use one,
they are not reliable, do no good and may do much harm.
some work needed on the html, failed validation there are a few differences between the xhtml used and the html4 doctype given
you should revise the css to use relative sizes per w3c guidelines
the legal vultures have begun accessibility suits
12 px on a .19 dot pitch monitor is lest than 1/10 inch high ... invisible
On a 24inch widescreen monitor the fixed px body looks like crap, body set to example
run your site through browsershots to pick up any strange behaviours in browsers you do not have direct access to,

Thanks for all the tips so far! I changed my font size to use "em" and also made it larger. I also changed the text color to black to make it easier to read. I am looking at getting a few graphics/logo done so hopefully that will help too. I will look at a few of the other suggestions as well such as getting the html to meet standards.

The change to ems works great, it auto adjusts to monitor sizes, wookrs well, black text is better.
The validation fix, is relatively easy, if you start with the first one and fix them in order.
Often times they snowball, and fixing the first fault, fixes a lot of subsequent faults that depend on it.

I found your site very worthwhile. I never even knew the recycle bin has properties. Boy was it full. Guess I haven't been there in a while. It may sound odd but how many people clean out the inside of their computer? This one I use is from 2004 and was never cleaned out. The dust inside was causing overheating which made it run slow and lock up ofter especially since summer set in. I took off the side cover and used a can of computer cleaner and blew it out and left the cover off. The performance improvement was incredible. You may want to add that one to your list of maintenance items. I bookmarked your site and will use it for sure.
