This is a short term programming task, maybe a week or
maximum one month.
The place is Ruhr University Bochum and it would be
preferable if someone close could help but I think it is possible
for anyone with Internet contact could do the work.
I need help to write a draft layout for a graphical user interface
for a program. The GUI could use Python with Tkinter or
something more powerful.
I have done a simple draft myself but as I am not familiar with
Python I would like someone with more experience to make this
into a more flexible GUI which I could contnue develop myself.
