Gateway laptop wont boot

My laptop is Gateway MX8716B PA6A. After pressing power button blue led blinks and nothing happen. Ive tried to take out the battery and start on ac adapter and it wont start too. Ive tried also to take out battery and wait few hours, taking out the hard drive.. What could be the problem?

Gateway's are very cheaply made. It could be any number of faults causing this problem. Does it make any beeps?

Nope. Just the fan is trying to spin but it takes 1 sec..

You can try removing and refitting the ram, and that's about it. If it still wont work then you may well have to take it to a professional.

Unfortunately after removing both ram dims it wont turn on (even without them) and theres no system beeps.. looks like its dead badly :/
