The other day I was going to set up my laptop on the table, but it accidentally slid from my hand (3 inches away from table). Now the laptop is not working at all, it won’t turn on and it won’t charge. Does anyone have any idea on what could be the problem?
I would like to fix it myself, if is possible. Before contacting a technician at IBM.
