Our first non English development what do you think
For the first time we are doing design and some SEO for a non English site, its the website of German stone mason Christoph Gabriel , you can find English summary of the site here.
We use a proprietary CMS application do develop the site, we welcome feedback on the site and what improvements can be made if any, feedback from German speakers especially welcomed just in case we committed a cultural blunder.
Thanks

Looks good, very clean, loads smoothly. Being that he is an artist, I might add a little more flair, but that's just me and wouldn't over-do it. Would have at least one example of his work set in each page, even if just a small image, as just further re-enforces what he is about and provides a little more "sell" factor.
One other tip. A German-language site is great, if he only wants to do business in Germany. Have you considered offering the user even the choice btwn German and English (English being a fairly universal language across Europe), as would allow international business development. He may not be after this, but worth setting to him as an option.
Oh, and the text for the side (links) panel could prob be increase a couple of points, as might be a little small for those with less than perfect vision.
Other than that (and yes maybe just being picky) it's very well set out, and well considered overall.
